PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system of a portable medical device for preventing non-carrying of the portable medical device which is used while not worn in combination with wearing medical equipment such as an insulin pump.SOLUTION: A management system of a portable medical device is constituted of: wearing medical equipment 10 which is worn on skin for blood sugar management; and a portable medical device 100 which is carried with a user while not worn on skin in combination with the wearing medical equipment. The wearing medical equipment includes: a wearing side communication unit 25 which performs radio communication in a predetermined frequency band; an output unit 27 which outputs non-carrying warning, a wearing side calculation unit 23 which instructs the output unit to output the non-carrying warning when the wearing side communication unit stops receiving a confirmation signal transmitted from the portable medical device. The portable medical device includes: a portable side communication unit 115 which performs radio communication with the wearing side communication unit; and a portable side calculation unit 113 which instructs the portable side communication unit to transmit the confirmation signal to the wearing side communication unit.
