PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide use of fine bubbles for culture of organochlorine decomposing bacteria, and a nano-bubble liquid suitable for culture of microorganisms.;SOLUTION: A microorganism culture medium is a medium prepared using a nano-bubble liquid. More specifically, it is prepared using a nano-bubble liquid containing 10×108/mL or more of nano-bubbles having a particle diameter of 400 nm or less, where the mode of nano-bubble particle diameter is 50 nm to 100 nm.
