PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane manufacturing method which enables a hoisting height of an upper frame structure of each upper frame device to be detected precisely and constantly when the upper frame structure is to be mounted with a plurality of upper frame devices, and which can prevent an excessive force from being applied on the upper frame structure, and an upper frame system for the crane manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: Take-up amounts L1-L4 of a wire rope 35 which a take-up device 36 has taken up are calculated from numbers of revolution ω1-ω4 of a fixed pulley 32A of each upper frame device 31A-31D. Each hoisting height h1-h4 of an upper frame structure 20 which each upper frame device 31A-31D has hoisted is calculated from the take-up amounts L1-L4 and tying numbers n1-n4 of the wire rope 35 wound around a combination pulley 34, and take-up speeds v1-v4 of each take-up device 36 are controlled by feedback so that differences between the hoisting heights h1-h4 may be minimized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
