PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to more appropriately determine a situation under which risk avoidance control should be performed.SOLUTION: A risk avoidance control device includes: an image analysis section for analyzing an image photographed by an on-vehicle camera to generate an object vector showing the direction of movement and the travel speed of an object; a vehicle vector generation section for generating a vector showing the direction of movement and the travel speed of a vehicle using information acquired from various on-vehicle sensors and devices; a storage section for storing control operation specific information in which the object vector and the vehicle vector are associated with predetermined control operation and stored; and a control operation specification section for specifying predetermined control operation by the object vector and the vehicle vector.
