PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque detecting device the output signal of which can be easily corrected, an electric power steering system with the same, and a method for correcting the torque detecting device.;SOLUTION: A torque detecting device 40 includes: a permanent magnet 41; a first magnetic yoke 51 and a second magnetic yoke 52 whose positions relative to the permanent magnet 41 change; and a first magnetism detection part 70 and a second magnetism detection part 80 each of which has a main hall element and a sub-hall element, a calculation part for adjusting the gains and offsets of the main hall element and sub-hall element, and each of which detects a magnetic flux of a magnetic circuit including the permanent magnet 41, the first magnetic yoke 51, and the second magnetic yoke 52. Each of the first magnetism detection part 70 and the second magnetism detection part 80 corrects, upon input of a correction signal for correcting a main magnetic signal generated by the main hall element or a sub-magnetic signal generated by the sub-hall element, the main hall element and the sub-hall element on the basis of the correction signal at the same time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
