PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of confirming an appropriate fastening force without using tool with measurement tool and generating axial force that is not absolutely loosened.;SOLUTION: A tension force is applied to a bolt 3 in the same manner as that of applying an inputting operation through its rotation since the slant ground contact surfaces of two types of washers 1-1, 2-1 are aligned to each other and an external pressing force action lifts up the head part of the bolt 3 in a direction opposite to that of an item 4 to be fixed. The series of operations enables a visualization to be instantly carried out to confirm a state of occurrence of an axial force in the same manner as that of using a measurement tool such as a torque wrench, for example, during fastening of the bolt 3. The washers 1-1, 2-1 are characterized in that they may have a function enabling themselves to be monitored and fastened differing from fastening in reference to a so-called feeling of loosed state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
