PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely analyze groups of customers in store traffic while avoiding including clerks or identical customers as analysis objects.SOLUTION: The customer group analyzing apparatus includes: a customer group determination section 52 that determines a customer group of a person appearing in an imaging area set in a store; a filtering section 35 that determines whether the person is a customer as an object to be analyzed based on a behavior mode of the person appearing in the imaging area according to predetermined determination conditions to limit the object of the analysis to a customer who makes a predetermined behavior mode and to exclude irrelevant persons from the analysis object, a tabulation section 36 that tallies customer group information of the customers acquired by customer group determination means from the persons selected by the filtering means; and an output information generation section that generates a piece of output information as analysis result on the basis of the tabulation result made by the tabulation means.
