PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize efficiency by uniformly increasing the temperature of an alkali metal thermal-to-electric converter system which is driven by external heat and generates electricity, and to continuously supply a required heat source.;SOLUTION: A thermal-to-electric power generator 100 including a number of thermal-to-electric power generation cells 110 comprises: a number of thermal-to-electric power generation cells 110; a case 120 in which a number of thermal-to-electric power generation cells 110 can be placed; a condensing unit which is disposed on an upper end portion of the case 120 and collects and condenses a working fluid which has passed through a number of thermal-to-electric power generation cells 110; an evaporator which is disposed on a lower end portion of the case 120, converts the working fluid into vapor by transferring heat to the working fluid, and transfers the working fluid vapor by means of a number of thermal-electric power generation cells 110; a heat exchanger which is placed on a surface other than an upper end face of the outside of the case 120 in contact with the condensing unit for passing through a thermal fluid; a circulator which connects spaces of the condensing unit and the evaporator and is capable of transferring the working fluid; and a joiner which joins the evaporator and a number of thermal-to-electric power generation cells 110.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
