The present invention provides such therapeutic combinations and methods of use thereof for treating HCV infection in patients co-infected with HIV or alleviating one or more symptoms thereof. The present invention relates to a therapeutic combination comprising (a) a compound (1), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (b) interferon alpha and (c) ribavirin as described herein.
