PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a color two-dimensional barcode even when being read by a reader having no resolution power of the color.;SOLUTION: The two-dimensional barcode providing device generates integrated two-dimensional barcode 503 having a black cell area RY1 and a color cell area RY2. A color two-dimensional barcode that is a two-dimensional barcode formed by encoding specific information using a plurality of color cells as the cells that are not a background part is disposed in the color cell area RY2.
