PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength cement paste composition which is prepared without necessitating a large-scaled special production facility and has high compressive strength.SOLUTION: The high-strength cement paste composition contains cement, silica fume, water, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent and metal fine powder. The cement contains 10.0-40.0 mass% of CS (tricalcium silicate) and 40.0-70.0 mass% of CS (dicalcium silicate). The method for producing a high-strength cement paste hardened body comprises: a primary aging step of aging the high-strength cement paste composition in the water of 20-60°C for 1-7 days; and a secondary aging step of aging the primarily-aged high-strength cement paste composition in the water or air of 80-200°C for 5-21 days.
