PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an independent operation detection device that extracts a signal of a positive phase of an injected harmonic and a signal of an opposite phase through simple processing.;SOLUTION: The independent operation detection device that detects independent operation by single-phase injection of a predetermined inter-degree harmonic current into a power system includes three-phase/two-phase conversion parts 61, 63 which convert a detected three-phase voltage signal and current signal into two-phase signals respectively, positive-phase extraction parts 62a, 64a which extract signals of positive phases of the inter-degree harmonic included in the two-phase voltage signal and current signal using the matrix, and opposite-phase extraction parts 62b, 64b which detect signals of opposite phases using a matrix obtained by replacing (1,2) elements and (2,1) elements of the matrix.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
