PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a sales promotion message that has contents fitting in the feature and desire of a selling place and is specific to the selling place.;SOLUTION: A lottery ticket issuing terminal comprises: a salesperson operation display unit that accepts input from a salesperson and outputs information to the salesperson; a communication unit that connects with the outside via a network; a storage unit that stores, as sales place specific message creation source information, specific prize information created at least on the basis of salesperson input information inputted from the salesperson operation display unit, a sales promotion message received from the outside, prize information received from the outside, and transaction history with a customer; and a control unit that has the salesperson operation display unit display the sales place specific message creation source information, edits selection input of the sales place specific message creation source information displayed on the salesperson operation display unit and the selected information, accepts creation input of a sales place specific message, and controls output of the sales place specific message.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
