PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further efficiently support formulation of ICT-BCP.;SOLUTION: An ICT-BCP formulation support device which supports formulation of ICT-BCP includes a control unit and a memory unit. The memory unit includes survey information including a plurality of kinds of surveys containing a question specific to classification corresponding to a predetermined risk division for specifying a target risk, and risk countermeasure plan information containing a risk content and information about a countermeasure plan. The control unit includes a risk countermeasure plan specification unit which specifies the risk content in the risk division and the information about the countermeasure plan from an answer to the survey, and a slip generation unit which generates a slip containing the risk content specified by the risk countermeasure plan specification unit and the information about the countermeasure plan.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
