PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly recognize requirements appropriate to management units of devices.;SOLUTION: Information indicating a plurality of management units having inclusion relations for managing a plurality of devices and indicating sets of devices divided by respective management units, and set values of a plurality of attributes stored in association with respective devices are stored in a storage unit 1a. An arithmetic unit 1b refers to the storage unit 1a to specify a management unit in which a set value of one attribute has a first feature for each of sets of devices divided by the management units. The arithmetic unit 1b detects a second feature established between sets of a plurality of devices divided by the specified management unit, in respect to the set value of the attribute having the first feature.
