PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive water discoloring body that has a function for discoloring a porous layer by water and a conductive function, and can impart game performance which can operate a conducting operation device, can make the device generate a sound or emit light by connecting a conductive print image which is formed in advance and the porous layer which is discolored by water and making them conductive, and to provide a conductive water discoloring device using the conductive water discoloring body and a conductive water discoloring set.;SOLUTION: In the conductive water discoloring body 1, the porous layer 4 in which a low-fraction pigment is adhered to a binder resin in a dispersed state and different in transparency depending on a liquid-sucked state and a non-liquid sucked state is formed on the surface of a support, and the conductive print image 5 containing a conductive substance in a coexistence state is internally arranged in part of the porous layer.
