PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method of efficiently manufacturing a fishing rod including various cross-sectional shapes and tapers, and to provide the fishing rod manufactured by using the method.;SOLUTION: The apparatus of manufacturing the fishing rod includes: a plurality of rotation shafts evenly displaced around a material for the fishing rod in at least one surface including an X axis or a Y axis; a device of moving a rotation blade or a shaft to a designated position while rotating by using a device of designating a cutting point in the an XY surface; a device of moving the rotation blade or the shaft while rotating between the cutting points; and a device of freely changing a predetermined angle to a designated angle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
