PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short circuit current measurement device capable of easily adjusting the light quantity of a solar simulator by acquiring a short circuit current of a solar cell in the case where the light under a standard test condition is radiated in a short time, with less amount of calculation.;SOLUTION: A short circuit current measurement device 100 radiates, from a light source part 2, a plurality of radiation lights having a different light quantity to a solar cell 11 which is to be measured. Each short circuit current and spectral sensitivity of the solar cell are measured when applied with the plurality of radiation lights. Each short circuit current is calculated, using each spectral sensitivity, in the case where the light of a predetermined spectral radiation illuminance is radiated to the solar cell. Based on at least two short circuit currents measured with the measurement part and each short circuit current calculated using the spectral sensitivity when the short circuit current is measured, a short circuit current when the light of the predetermined spectral radiation illuminance is radiated to the solar cell is calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
