PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reply support system, a reply support method and a reply support program for enabling a recipient of a delivery item to easily reply.;SOLUTION: An electronic mail management server 20 is connected to portable phone terminals 12 having reading functions of two-dimensional codes, and comprises a reception management data storage unit 22 and a reply management data storage unit 24. A portable phone terminal 12 of a replier reads out two-dimentional codes printed on a postal item by an electronic mail, then transmits a reception management identifier included in the two-dimentional codes to the electronic mail management server 20. A control unit 21 in the electronic mail management server 20 executes transmission processing of sample letters of appreciation, further acquires appreciation identifiers from the portable phone terminal 12 and executes registration processing of reply requests. In the registration processing of the reply requests, the control unit 21 records a destination and transmission sources of reception management records identified from the reception management identifiers as a reply source and reply destinations of reply management records.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
