PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable directional detection with enhanced direction estimation accuracy without increasing the number of channels to be obtained.;SOLUTION: A frequency resolution processing part frequency-resolves a beat signal into beat frequencies having a preset frequency bandwidth and generates extended complex number data produced by extending the number of data on the basis of complex number data based on the beat signal resolved into respective beat frequencies. A compass-direction detection part calculates the incoming direction of the reception signal on the basis of the original complex number data that is the complex number data calculated on the basis of the beat signal. In the compass-direction detection part, a data extension part generates extended complex number data produced by extending the number of data based on the original complex number data.
