The present invention relates to a method for labeling intracellular and extracellular targets of leukocytes, and a kit for performing the method. For example, a kit for performing the method of the present invention, comprising: (a) a first solution containing a compound selected from the group consisting of formaldehyde, paraformaldehyde, and glutaraldehyde; and (b) (i) a quaternary.
