PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing coal with which low temperature oxidation is suppressed by using waste and a by-product troubled by the treatment without necessitating new heat treatment equipment.;SOLUTION: The method for producing coal includes spraying a water-soluble tar aqueous solution by-produced in a process of carbonization or gasification of an organic material on the surface of the coal to suppress the low temperature oxidation. In the method for producing the coal suppressed of the low temperature oxidation, a wooden and bamboo material is used as the organic material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
