Inspiratory muscle training of valve for loads up to 85 cm H20 and for the training of expiratory muscles. To adapt the threshold IMT equipment designed to train the inspiratory muscles with a maximum load of 42 cm H2O and to allow the same equipment can achieve loads of 85 cmH2O and the training of expiratory muscles which originally was not possible.
