摘要

The present disclosure provides a method for preparing neodymium doped bismuth titanate nanoparticies having formula Bi4-xNdx Ti3O12, where 0xl. The method of preparing neodymium doped bismuth titanate nanoparticies as provided in the present disclosure employs precursors of bismuth, neodymium and titanium to make a solution and a particular methodology incorporating mechanical and heat treatment of the solution and further drying and calcination at appropriate temperatures. The pure and crystalline Nd-doped Bi4-jTi3O12 nanoparticies of the present disclosure has an average of-20 nm crystallite with maximum calcinations temperature of 550°C.
