According to the invention, the composition comprises 8...10% vegetable fibres selected among apple, chicory, oat and psyllium fibres, 6.5...7.5% xylitol, 4...5% isomalt, 20...25% egg white, 8...10% whole flour, 10...12% oat flakes and, possibly, salt, egg yolk, olive oil, cinnamon, wheat bran and germs, soya bean flour, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate and water, the percentage being expressed by mass.
