METHOD OF THE ANTERIOR RESECTION OF THE RECTUM AT THE ACUTE BLEEDING CANCER OF THE UPPER AMPULLAR RECTUM

Method of the anterior resection of the rectum at the acute bleeding cancer of the upper ampullar rectum includes the stages of rectal mobilization and performance of the lymphodissection. All stages of the mobilization of the rectum are made with high-frequency welding electro coagulator EKVZ-300 PATONMED using specialized bipolar electrosurgical tools, at that the tissues array is forced together with electrodes of the welding tool on switching on the high-current source; after the full completion of the cycle of the program of welding process control and switching off the power the captured tissue is released and cut bloodlessly.
