METHOD FOR THE PREDICTION OF IMMUNE DEPENDENT MALE INFERTILITY DEVELOPMENT IN PATIENTS AFTER VARICOCELECTOMY

A method for the prediction of immune dependent male infertility development in patients after varicocelectomy involves laboratory studies. Determined are the number of spermatozoa in ejaculate, sperm motility, Farris index and number of leucocytes, presence of cytokines spIL-(, spIL-6, spIL-10 and spTNF-( in spermatic fluid. If number of spermatozoa in jaculate exceeds 120 mln, sperm mobility index exceeds 50% (categories A+B) and Farris index is more than 115, and level of serum cytokine IL-1( is more than 4.5 pg/ml, level of such cytokines in spermatic fluid as spIL-( is more than 170 pg/ml, spIL-6 more than 45 pg/ml and spIL-10 more than 29 pg/ml, regeneration of fertility potential in patients with varicocele after operation is diagnosticated.
