A METHOD FOR PANCREATIC PSEUDOCYST SURGICAL TREATMENT COMPLICATED BY ARROSIVE HEMORRHAGE IN THE CYST CAVITY

A method for pancreatic pseudocyst surgical treatment includes liquid nature evaluation at pseudocyst puncture under US control in presence of arrosive hemorrhage in the cyst cavity. Laparoscopy is performed after patient’s state stabilization. The cyst cavity is punctured and incised throughout a needle. The cyst is sanitated and tamponed by a strand of the gastrocolic omentum through its leading into a cyst cavity. Additionally a drainage in the form of U-shaped rubber tube with a gauze sponge and a rubber glove is placed over it. The pseudocyst walls are stitched to an abdominal peritoneum. The tube, glove and sponges are led out through a separate counteropening and fixed to skin.
