The method for determining the effect of nutritional deficiency of vitamin Bon the distribution of the amplitude of endplate potential in the synapse of mouse diaphragm muscle by creating a thiamine-deficient state. The histograms of distribution of amplitudes caused by electrical stimulation of the nerve endplate potentials are compiled, with their comparison. By deviation from the norm, the effect of alimentary deficiency of vitamin B on functioning of the neuromuscular synapse is determined.
