METHOD FOR INCREASING FERTILITY OF MARES BY LEVELS OF CHROMOSOME ABERRATIONS

摘要

A method for increasing fertility of mares by levels of chromosome aberrations comprises determining the total allowable level of animal chromosomal instability. To improve the fertility of mares during mating or artificial insemination with chilled or thawed sperm, stallions of Ukrainian Saddle Horse breed or their sperm are used, and the total number of aberrations, the number of aberrations per 100 cells, the number of single, twin, circular aberrations and the number of gaps in aberrant metaphases in stallions and mares with regard to the relative length of autosomes is taken into account.
