METHOD FOR PRODUCING SINGLE PHASE film l ayers of cesterites Cu2ZnSnS4 in split REACTOR

A method for producing single-phase film layers of cesterites Cu2ZnSnS4 in collapsible reactor by layer-by layer electrodeposition of copper, tin and zinc from aqueous electrolyte with subsequent vacuum annealing in the reactor in sulfur vapor (sulfurization). Fornmed with electrodeposition metal layers are enriched with zinc and depleted with copper. Sulfurization process is carried out in a reusable collapsible reactor in over-saturated sulfur vapor.
