Hybrid Economic Dispatch Involving Solar, Hydro and Fossil as Last Resort

This Patent Application aims to: (a) Stave off the cost of electricity, given the uncontrollable fluctuation of imported Fossil Fuel resources and, (b) To mitigate emissions of Carbon-Dioxide that triggers Global Warming and Climate Change, breeding super typhoons that wreak havocs and devastations to lives and properties. Solar energy is inexhaustible. Obviously, solar energy cannot be used directly during night time, hence, the Process of Hybrid Economic Dispatch, in synergy with the operation of Solar and Hydro Plants, involving energy trading and Energy Deposit. However, this necessitates the recognition of man-made or natural reservoirs as Energy Storage Facility. During day time, Solar Energy is maximized. Excess energy is traded, deposited in impounding dams and reservoirs. During night time, saved water from dams and reservoirs are released to generate Hydro Energy to supply "Night" peak power demand, thereby arresting "costlier" operations of dirty carbon - spewing Fossil Oil and Coal Power Plants.
