A composition of ready to drink malunggay juice which comprises of the following ingredients with amounts expressed in percentage by volume: 70 pcnt Water and 30 pcnt Malunggay concentrate. Malunggay herbal concentrate consists of extracts of malunggay leaves, guyabano fruit, pineapple, calamansi, lemon, turmeric, banana, saluyot, spinach, sili, tops, and alugbati, small proportions of raw honey, citric acid, qualicel and sodium benzoate.
