A valve (4) cartridge comprising: a cage (14) valve defining a passage (22) center, an inlet (12) of fluid and an outlet (13) of fluid, a valve (5) control fluid flow received within the passage and defining an area (31, 32; 131, 132) valve between the inlet and the outlet, wherein the valve control fluid flow a mushroom (31) movable valve of a first normally closed sealed position with a seat (32) and valve blocking flow from the inlet to the outlet in a second position unblocking flow from the inlet to the outlet, and a compensator (8) pressure received within passageway to control a pressure differential across the area (31, 32; 131, 132) valve, the pressure compensator comprising: a coil (58, 158) mobile compensator longitudinally defining an orifice (58, 13; 158, 113) variable flow fluid at the outlet (13) of fluid and having a area fluid flow determined by the position of the coil compensator, and a piston (64, 164) control mobile compensator longitudinally having a first side and a second side, acting piston control compensator against coil compensator on the first side to move the compensator spool and reposition the coil compensator to control the pressure differential across the valve area in which the second side is exposed to the inlet pressure at the inlet.
