The present invention relates to a terminal technique having a virtual machine-basedhierarchical structure for executing heterogeneous applications, and morespecifically, to aterminal technique including a virtual machine, in which: an android frameworkis optimized in alight weighted low-end device in order to execute a Google android applicationin terminals thatoperate with other platforms instead of in an android terminal; a portinglayer for connecting themiddleware with a terminal platform is comprised; and a Dalvik virtual machineis reconfiguredto be executed on a single task. According to the present invention, since theGoogle androidapplication may be carried out even in terminals which operate in otheroperating systems aswell as in Google android platform terminals, the android application isserviced through moreterminals, thereby creating various value-added effects. Further, the androidplatform is designedto be light, whereby the android application can be serviced through generalfeature phones,which are low-end phones, instead of through smart phones, which are high-endphones.
