A network-based social interaction device and an operation method therefor. The network-based social interaction device consists of a device A and a device B connected by means of a network signal. The device A consists of a sending end operation and control module, a sending end sensor, a sending end control system module, a receiving end motion module, a receiving end control system module, a control system module, and a communications module all connected by means of a signal. The sending end control system module and the receiving end control system module are implemented by using a same control system. In the present invention, intermediate links are reduced, manufacturing cost and energy consumption are reduced, and stability and the response speed are also greatly improved; operation, control and use modes are totally different from existing modes, thereby greatly improving user experience.
