The present invention relates to a three-dimensional imaging method divided into a three-dimensional discontinuity visualization step, a three-dimensional discontinuity network structure formation step, and a three-dimensional image implementation step, and provides a three-dimensional imaging method of a discontinuity network structure in a fractured rock and a three-dimensional imaging system of a discontinuity network structure in a fractured rock for performing the same, the method comprising: a first step of setting a discontinuity in the fractured rock in a disk shape, wherein disks set the implementation of central coordinates, a radius, and a dip direction/dip of the discontinuity in a three-dimensional space; and a second step of completing the three-dimensional discontinuity visualization step by setting the number of dots along a circumference so as to express a circle forming a boundary of each discontinuity and calculating three-dimensional coordinates of each set dot. To this end, provided are a three-dimensional visualization method assuming the discontinuity as a disk or polygon shape, and an algebraic algorithm for implementing and visualizing the geometrical shape of the discontinuity network structure.
