Disclosed is a culture method for natural species rejuvenation of an artificially bred cordyceps host insect and a technical solution of recycling a cordyceps host again after rejuvenated nurturing of one generation by placing the host in the wild. The key technique of the culture method for natural species rejuvenation of an artificially bred cordyceps host insect lies in that stage 2 to 4 artificially bred cordyceps host larvae are placed in and cultured in the native environment of the cordyceps host larvae until eclosion. The culture comprises two stages, namely, a transition period for adapting to the wild environment and a natural species exercise period. The present invention can effectively solve the problem of natural species degeneration of multi-generations of artificially bred cordyceps host insects.
