Provided is a web server system whereby a user interface including an external appearance, attributes, control processes, etc., of a control for displaying input/output elements upon a screen, is dynamically changed according to a language environment without changing source code. A representative embodiment comprises a dictionary table for each language environment which retains, with identifying information of the input/output item as a key, information formed from initial values of parameters for part objects as dictionary data; and a dictionary processing unit which acquires the dictionary data from a designated language environment dictionary table corresponding to the identifying information of the input/output item. A response processing unit acquires, for the part object which is included in a result of the processing, information of the parameters for the part object from the designated language environment dictionary table, with the identifying information of the corresponding input/output items as a key, and displays a label control and/or an input/output control upon a screen.
