DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TESTING SEX OF SAMPLE, AND JUDGMENT STANDARD DETERMINATION METHOD

A method for determining a judgment standard for judging the sex of an unknown sample, method for improving the testing accuracy of a cell surface antigen expression, and device for testing the sex of a sample; mixing the test sample liquid with fluorescent testing reagent to obtain dyed test sample liquid; employing flow cytometry (FCM) to test the test sample liquid so as to obtain the fluorescence intensity of the test sample liquid; calculating the difference between the fluorescence intensity of the test sample liquid and a homotype reference fluorescence intensity; comparing the difference with a preset fluorescence critical value, and determining the expression of the cell surface antigen according to the comparison result. The determination of a proper fluorescence critical value reduces the interference of nonspecific combination on a test result, and improves the test accuracy of HLA-B27 antigen expression.
