A closed experiment system for a low-temperature hydraulic turbine. One path of a liquefied gas in a liquefied gas storage tank (1) of the system enters a hydraulic turbine (5) through a pipeline after the pressure thereof is raised by the pipeline and a low-temperature pump (2), and the liquefied gas returns to the liquefied gas storage tank (1) through a pipeline after being throttled and the pressure thereof being reduced in the hydraulic turbine (5); and the other path of the liquefied gas enters a carburetor (3) through a pipeline, and then is introduced into a shaft seal cavity of the hydraulic turbine (5) through a pipeline to serve as a sealing gas of the hydraulic turbine (5); the hydraulic turbine (5) is connected to a dynamometer (6) through a shaft coupling; and an oil station (4) is connected to the hydraulic turbine (5) through an oil pipe. Also provided is a closed experiment test method for a low-temperature hydraulic turbine.
