A method for parsing and calculating performance of satellite gravity field measurement by low-to-low satellite-to-satellite tracking, comprising: acquiring a parameter of a gravity satellite system of low-to-low satellite-to-satellite tracking type; calculating the effect of a measurement error of the gravity satellite load on the power spectrum of the nonspherical perturbation potentials of earth gravity, so as to obtain an order error variance of a potential coefficient in a gravity field recovery model; comparing the order error variance of the potential coefficient in the gravity field recovery model with an order error variance of a potential coefficient given by the Kaula Rule, and when the order error variance equals an order variance, considering that the highest valid order of the gravity field measurement has been reached; calculating an order error and its accumulative error of the geoidal surface, an order error and its accumulative error of gravity anomaly in the gravity field recovery model; and summarizing the calculated valid orders of the gravity field measurement, the order error and its accumulative error of the geoidal surface, the order error and its accumulative error of the gravity anomaly, so as to obtain the performance of satellite gravity field measurement by low-to-low satellite-to-satellite tracking. The method can evaluate the effect of gravity field measurement quickly and quantitatively, obtain a rule of effects of the gravity satellite system parameters on the gravity field measurement performance, and avoid the shortcoming caused by the numerical simulation of the satellite gravity field measurement.
