Disclosed are a polyhedral shielding member having an electric field-absorbing effect and an electromagnetic wave-shielding device comprising same. The polyhedral shielding member having the electromagnetic wave-absorbing effect is a shielding member, which is connected to a terminal polarity fixing unit for applying either neutral point power or phase voltage power to a designated terminal and applying the other power to a remaining designated terminal, and which comprises: a first conductor which always receives the neutral point power that has been applied, regardless of which power from among the neutral point power and the phase power has been connected to which one of the terminals; and a second conductor which always receives the phase power that has been applied, regardless of which power from among the neutral point power and the phase power has been connected to which one of the terminals, wherein the first conductor is surrounded by the second conductor formed in a polyhedral shape. As a result, user convenience is increased by eliminating extra effort for finding the neutral point terminal, electric shock accidents involving a non-skilled person or an unaware person can be reduced by grounding through the neutral point terminal, the effect of electromagnetic waves on the human body can be minimized by reducing exposure due to phenomena such as zero potential, and the effect of reducing damage to the human body by shielding electromagnetic waves can be achieved when using together with other electric devices or electronic devices without having to replace the electric device or the electronic device.
