A metal nano-island carrier and a preparation method therefor, and application of the metal nano-island carrier in preparing immunoassay reagents relate to the fields of metal nano-island carriers and preparation methods therefor as well as application of the metal nano-island carrier in preparing immunoassay reagents. The metal nano-island carrier solves the problems of large background noise and low assay sensitivity in the existing fluoroimmunoassay. The metal nano-island carrier is obtained by forming a metal nano-island on the surface of a carrier material. The preparation method of the metal nano-island carrier comprises: 1, adsorbing gold nano seeds on the surface of a carrier material; 2, formulating a reaction liquid for growing the metal nano-island; 3, growing the metal nano-island on the surface of the carrier material; and 4, cleaning and drying. According to the application of the metal nano-island carrier in preparing immunoassay reagents, the metal nano-island carrier is used as a modification carrier for a capturing molecule to prepare a biological chip, which then undergoes fluorescent scanning and data analysis to complete the immunoassay. The metal nano-island carrier is high in sensitivity, reduces the background fluorescent noise greatly, and realizes ultrasensitive assary at fm level. The metal nano-island carrier is applicable to the fields of functional materials, biological chips and preparation of immunoassay reagents.
