This invention provides a technology whereby non-functional evaluation parameters can be extracted more appropriately from a document pertaining to a target system. This non-functional-evaluation-parameter extraction device (1) comprises a document-keyword storage unit (11), a non-functional-requirement-keyword storage unit (12), a target identification unit (13), a document-analysis-rule construction unit (14), and a document analysis unit (15). Information pertaining to components of a target system and document keywords pertaining to non-functional requirements for said components are stored in association with each other in the document-keyword storage unit (11). Description patterns for non-functional evaluation parameters and non-functional-requirement keywords pertaining to said non-functional evaluation parameters are stored in association with each other in the non-functional-requirement-keyword storage unit (12). The target identification unit (13) identifies components to be evaluated against non-functional requirements. A document-analysis rule that can extract non-functional evaluation parameters is extracted by the document-analysis-rule construction unit (14) on the basis of the following: the document keywords associated with the components that were identified as targets; the abovementioned non-functional-requirement keywords; and the abovementioned description patterns. The document analysis unit (15) extracts non-functional evaluation parameters by applying the aforementioned document-analysis rule to a document.
