The present invention relates to a depth-based TDMA distribution scheduling slot apparatus and method of an industrial wireless sensor network, which comprises: a time slot information collection unit for deciding a useable time slot interval in a whole period according to a depth in order to improve a cluster schedule for each depth; a collision relation definition module for defining a collision relationship by collecting time slot information of a peripheral 2-hop node while maintaining a DB-TDMA scheduling; a collision information reception unit for receiving collision information defined through the collision relation definition module; an information comparison and interval selection unit for selecting an interval in which a collision does not occur, by comparing information received through the collision information reception unit with information of itself; a schedule offset value calculation unit for calculating a schedule offset value to be moved to be scheduled in the selected interval; and a schedule adjustment unit for adjusting a scheduling by providing a collision avoidance offset which can move a slot to avoid the collision, by calculating final slot information assigned to each node and adding the calculated schedule offset value through a reference of peripheral collision information.
