The spectrum data detection identification method comprises: building an industry substance Raman spectrum database and carrying out Raman characteristic peak extraction on the spectrum data; if a Raman characteristic peak having substantial enhancement effects is selected from the spectrum data, comparing identification information of a substance set to be identified by a characteristic peak identification method with threshold information of the selected Raman characteristic peak to detect whether the substance exists; processing the spectrum data by a wavelet analysis method when the substance does not exist; and using a classifier to carry out classification detection on the spectrum data for a substance identified by a pattern recognition method to detect whether the corresponding substance exists.
