The present invention relates to a method of managing payment between enterprises. According to an embodiment, the method comprises the following steps: a terminal of a purchasing enterprise issues a first credit sales bond and provide the same for a terminal of a first cooperative enterprise among a plurality of cooperative enterprises; the terminal of the first cooperative enterprise checks the first credit sales bond, issues a second credit sales bond based on the first credit sales bond, and provides the same for a terminal of a second cooperative enterprise among the cooperative enterprises; the purchasing enterprise redeems the first credit sales bond at the expiration date of the first credit sales bond; a server of a financial corporation credits the partial amount of the first credit sales bond to a payment-only account related to the first cooperative enterprise; and the server of the financial corporation withdraws the amount of money in the payment-only account related to the first cooperative enterprise to redeem the second credit sales bond at the expiration date of the second credit sales bond.
