A method for encoding a video using deblocking filtering is disclosed. The method includes: splitting a picture into coding units with a predetermined maximum size; determining an encoding depth for each of the maximum coding units, to which an encoding result is to be outputted, by split regions where the maximum coding units are hierarchically split, and an encoding mode of each coding unit with respect to a corresponding coding unit, prediction encoding, and a transform unit; and performing deblocking filtering on video data, which is inversely transformed into a spatial domain in each coding unit, in consideration of the determined encoding mode of each coding unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
