Provided is an apparatus to fabricate a nanosphere array. The apparatus to fabricate a nanosphere array includes: a reaction tank having a bottom surface tilted with respect to a ground surface; an injection pump supplying a nanosphere; and a guide board disposed on a first side wall of the reaction tank in order to be tilted with respect to the bottom surface of the reaction tank guiding the nanosphere supplied from the injection pump into the reaction tank.
